He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell and Pauline (Sidone) of Landisville; his sister Carol Fichera of Vineland; and his stepdaughter Kim Swan of Vineland. He is survived by : his wife Margaret Morris (Siciliano); his stepchildren, Brad Swan (Natalie) of Galloway Twp, Brenda Stephens of Minotola and Valerie Swan of Vineland; his children, Phillip A. Morris Jr. (Jennifer) of West Deptford and Janine Edwards (George) of Franklinville; and his brothers, Russell (Rita) of Middletown, DE and Walter Morris (June) of Vineland. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
