He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Melhus and Isabel Melhus. He is survived by: his wife Jaclyn Melhus; his son Frank Melhus (Heather); his grandchildren, Zachary Melhus (Michelle) and Shelby Melhus; his pet Kiwi; and his sister-in-law Suzanne Gautier (Richard). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
