He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred and Mabel Higgins (Schutts). He is survived by: his wife Theresa A. Higgins (Czarevich) of Lopatcong, NJ; his children, Dianna Quick (Jerry) of Bangor, PA and Steven Higgins (Sharon) of Washington Twp, NJ; his grandchildren, Thomas Crampton (Marlaina), Jenny Duarte (Anthony), Brandon Kubik and Kearsten Higgins; and his great grandchildren, Madison Duarte and Eleanor Crampton. He is also survived by his family, friends.
