She is survived by: her children, Barbara Barakakos, Patricia Auteri (Paul) and Peter Curialle (Patti); her grandchildren, Kelly Noto (Jason), Christine Barakakos (Zachary), George Barakakos (Alissa), Christopher Auteri (Sarah Boyle) and Jillian Auteri (Dylan Lagiglia); and her great grandchildren, Scarlett, Violette, Juliette, Nicolette, Avery, Blake, AJ, Oliver and Riley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. (28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10312). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St Ann's Church (101 Cromwell Ave, Staten Island, NY 10304).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Jean may be made to Breakthrough T1D (Type 1 Diabetes), formally JDRF, in tribute to her granddaughter Jillian.
