It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sophie Czelatko in Newton, New Jersey, born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Artuhewich and Anastsaia Artuhewich (Kuzmich); her husband Joseph S. Czelatko; and her brother Harry. She is survived by : her children, Caroline Riegg (George), Valerie DiBella (Joseph), Alice Dodd (Les) and Joseph (Lyndol); her grandchildren, Annelise, Cassandra, Liam and Irena; and her sisters, Stasia Sikkema and Ruthie Lis.
