He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Ronald Sr. Neal and Marcella Neal (Casson); and his brother Robert Neal. He is survived by: his brother E. Ronald Neal, Jr.; his sisters-in-law, Marlene Neal and Jane Neal; and his sibling's children, Kelly Neal-Freda, Ron Neal, Brian Neal, Marlene White, Katie Sellers, Bob Neal and Jennifer Saltzman. He is also survived by 23 great nieces and nephews, 5 great-great nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
