He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kenneth Carkhuff (Julia), Ashton McKinney (James), Karl Carkhuff, Ariel Coats (Ben), Arden Martin (Andrew), Adrian Carkhuff, Austin Carkhuff, Kyle Carkhuff and Evan Carkhuff. He is also survived by his seven great-grandchildren.
