He was predeceased by: his parents, David Smith and Ann Smith of Normandy Beach, NJ; and his sister Kathryn Barboe. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, David (Shanti), Philip (Michelle) and Dana (Chris); his sister Phyllis Ciszewski (Jim); and his grandchildren, Brielle, Lexie, Corey, Ethan, Bianca, Pyper, Payton and Sophia. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
