He is survived by : his wife Marie; his children, John N. Balwierczak and Jenna Balwierczak; his siblings, Carol Anne Liegel (Christopher) and Michael J. Balwierczak (Lori); his siblings-in-law, Patti Favetta and Anthony Gioia; and his pet Chipper.
