She was predeceased by: her husband Nick Gargas; her brother Panagiotis Barakaris; and her parents, Athanasios Barakaris and Maria Barakaris. She is survived by: her brother John Barakaris of Greece; and her nieces and nephews, Maria, Thanasi, Demetri and Aris. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Angie's memory, to Ascension Greek Orthodox Church in Fairview, NJ or to the local chapter of the Ladies Philoptochos Society, a ministry of the church.
