It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Garcia of North Bergen, New Jersey, born in Secaucus, New Jersey, who passed away on March 9, 2024, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Gladys Garcia (Planes) and Francisco R. Garcia; his husband Michael Welch; his sisters, Leshel Pabon (Louie) and Frances Clavero (Robert); his nephews, Robert Oliver and Ian Clavero; and also, Gladys and Frank Garcia.
