He is survived by: his spouse Venessa Davis-Rivera; his children, Roberto Rivera Jr. (Aurea Ivelis Colon), Vanetta Tamar Rivera (Terique Randolph Miller Sr.), Jessica Rivera and Kurtis Michael Rivera (Beverly Ann Taveras); his grandchildren, Terique Randolph Miller Jr., Jayel Lamar Johnson, Zyair Tyree Miller, Skyla Vanique Miller, Justice Kai Pittman, Annmarie Isabella Rivera, Xavier Lee Rivera, Maddox Rey Rivera and Audrey Rue Rivera; his siblings, Petra Rivera (Maria Del Rosario Rivera) and Rafael Rivera; and his nieces and nephews, Zudaydah Rivera, Khalifah Luciano, Armed Rivera, Adam Rivera, Alejandro Rivera, Damaris Rivera and Fernando Rivera.
