She was predeceased by: her parents, Rogelio Izquierdo and Delia Jimenez. She is survived by: her husband Ariosto; her sons, Raul Alvarez (Pamela) and Rene Alvarez (Elsie); her grandchildren, Raul, Julye, Daniel, Janel, Ryan and Miyoli; her great grandchildren, Javier, Addison and Olivia; and her siblings, Eleida Delgado, Maria Julia Ferrer and Delia Rodriguez.
