She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rappleyea and Jennie Rappleyea (Strzykalski); and her granddaughter Jennifer Bernath. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Hage; her sons, Brian Hoiberg (Stephanie), Michael Bernath and Robert Bernath; and her grandchildren, Morgan, Braeden Hoiberg, Elizabeth, Brianna and Brittney Bernath. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
