She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jewell and Marion Jewell (Polley); her husband John Hendricks of Avon; her sons, David and Robert Hendricks; and her sisters, Shirley Morse and Lorraine Sawyer.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Consolo (Frank) of Ravenna, Donald Hendricks (Suzanne) of Gurley and James Hendricks (Andrea) of Statesville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
