He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Baer; his parents, Richard L. Baer of Avalon, NJ and Heroldyn Baer of West Orange, NJ; his brother Jeffrey H. Baer of Toms River; and his uncle Royal H. (Margaret Dorn).
He is survived by: his son Carlos Arciniega-Baer; his daughter-in-law Reinalda of North Brunswick, NJ; his grandsons, Edgardo, Mitchell (Lydia) and Jesus Larry (Catey); his great grandchild Benjamin; and his friend Arthur Denner.
