He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Lokker and Helen Lokker. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Collins (Philip Jr.), Stephanie Lokker, Adrian Lokker, Roger N. Lokker, Seanna Lokker and Skylar Lokker; his siblings, Brian Lokker (Laura), Jacqueline Taylor and Ellen Lokker (Mark Baker); and his granddaughters, Madeline Collins and Genevieve Collins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dancy Memorial (9 Smull Ave, Caldwell, NJ 07006).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cancer Research Institute, 29 Broadway, Floor 4, NY, NY 10006-3111 (cancerresearch.org).
