She was predeceased by : her parents, John Portelli and Rosalia Portelli (Giovatto); her former life partner Joe; and her brothers, Joe and Sam Portelli.

She is survived by : her husband Joseph Helble; and her sister Mary Portelli.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Concetta's name to St. Gerard's RC Church, 501 W. Broadway, Paterson, NJ., or, to the North Haledon Public Library, 129 Overlook Avenue, North Haledon, NJ 07508.
