He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maria DiPaola; his daughters, Luisa Fusaro (Joseph) of North Haledon and Lucia Russo (Giuseppe) of North Haledon; his grandchildren, Giuseppina Rizzolo (Giuseppe), Gianna Stecher (Ronny), Gabriela Russo (Pierce Steinberg), Antonio Russo and Francesca Russo; and his siblings, Francesco Paola DiPaola (Elena), Antonio DiPaola (Ida), Angelina Fontanella (Pietro) and Giuseppe DiPaola (late Vittoria). He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home (557 Lafayette Ave, Hawthorne, NJ 07506). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Anthony's R. C. Church (276 Diamond Bridge Ave, Hawthorne, NJ 07506). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:45 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (58 McLean Blvd, Paterson, NJ 07513).
