He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Nieves Vale; his children, Jay Jr. Vale, Robert Vale, Vincent Bobadella (Brenda), Jacqueline Patino and Gladys Hall; his grandchildren, Madison Hall, Deegan Hall, Shannon and Bobby Jr. Dear; and his sisters, Emma and Mary.
