She is survived by: her husband Peter Forjohn Sr.; her children, Peter Forjohn Jr. (Rita), Denise Stuardi, Christopher Forgione Sr. (Georgi) and Jeanne Webb; her grandchildren, Desiree Housand, Joseph Stuardi III, Peter Forjohn III, Casey Curry, Dante Stuardi, Vienna Steinmetz, Madison Forgione, Christopher Forgione Jr. and Ava Forgione; her great grandchildren, Asher, Chloe Curry and Joey Stuardi IV; her siblings, Ralph Caputo and Elaine Reginelli; and her daughter-in-law Danielle Gallante.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Adams-Perfect Funeral Home (1650 New Rd, Northfield, NJ 08225). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
