He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Conrad Sr. and Agnes Conrad (Adamchik); and his sister Kathleen Costello (late Edward Costello). He is survived by: his wife Maria; his son Charles J. Conrad; and his siblings, David J. Conrad (Carol) and Janet C. Pustilnick (Stanley).
