He was predeceased by : his parents, John M. Farish and Catherine L. Farish (Lenz). He is survived by : his wife Sharron L. Farish; his daughters, Catherine Tillery (Rick) and Elizabeth Goliber; his stepdaughter Staci DuBosq (Jeffrey); and his grandchildren, Kelly Goliber, Ben, Meighan and Carolyne DuBosq.
