He was predeceased by : his wife Christa. He is survived by : his daughters, Stephanie (Martin) and Martina (Anton); his grandchildren, Christina (Hao), Marty (Jillian), Rebekka (Scott) and Erich (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Iyla, Wyatt and Oliver; and his sister Renate.
