She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank DiNardo and Jean DiNardo. She is survived by: her children, Christine, Brian and Kenneth; and her grandsons, Zachary and Alexander.
The family kindly encourage that, instead of flowers, donations be made in Annette's memory to either the American Cancer Society, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, or the Alzheimer's Association.
