He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenick Tremarco and Mary Tremarco (Stiuso); his wife Marie C. Tremarco (SanSeverino); and his siblings, Victoria Forlenza and Sabato Trimarco.

He is survived by: his children, Deborah "Debra" Buckley (Gerald "Jerry" Buckley), Anthony "Tony" Tremarco, Darlene Knauf (Michael Knauf) and Denise Young (Charles Young); his grandchildren, Jerry Buckley Jr. (Diana), Tonimarie Notare (Robert "Bobby" Notare), Anthony Tremarco III (Diane), Meagan Knauf, Michael Knauf III, Jared Tremarco and Ethan Young; and his great grandchildren, Gianna Buckley, Gabriella Buckley, Isabella Tremarco, Samantha Notare, Frank Notare and Anthony Augie Tremarco.

In Lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made in his honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital https://www.stjude.org.
