He was predeceased by: his wife Claudia Mae (Turton); and his sisters, Constance Lee and Marian Elder. He is survived by: his children, Laurel Pine Cady (C. Richard) of Seekonk, MA, Marcia Pine Newell (Lee) of Verona and David M. Pine (Deborah) of Apex, NC; and his grandchildren, Marcia, Jonathan, Aubree, Brett, Kristen, Joshua, Eric and Leanna. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
