Nick (Amanda); her grandchildren, Catherine Perry (Jeff), Daniel DuHaime (Annette Borrero), Amanda, Rachel, Tyler and Ryan Nick; her great grandchildren, Madison, Hannah, Aubrey Perry and Sebastien DuHaime; her sister Caroline Ferraro; her nephew Michael; her nieces, Michelle and Felicia; and her sisters-in-law, Diana Alesso and Carol Lee Schultz.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
