She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard J. Evans Jr. and Mildred Evans; and her sister Diane Evans. She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Ann Rasczyk (Steve), Ron Evans (Jeanne) and Carol Ann Zeliff (Karl); her nieces and nephews, Thomas Groves IV (Laura), Stephen Rasczyk (Amanda), Kristen Rasczyk, David Rasczyk (Lindsey), Daniel Rasczyk, Sarah Zeliff and Michael Zeliff; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mason Groves, Ryan Rasczyk, Michelle Rasczyk and Adam Rasczyk; and her friend Kim Ott.
