He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Kozielski Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Martha Kozielski; his daughters, Disa and Taylor Kozielski; his grandchildren, Wyatt and Baker Griffin; his sisters, Christie Martinez (Andrew) and Jennifer Gentles (Douglas); and his nieces and nephews, Giacamo, Violet and Margaret. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mt. Upton United Methodist Church (1741 NY-8, Mt Upton, NY 13809).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his memory may be directed to the Mt. Upton Food Pantry, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Auburn Community Hospital, where Joe received exceptional care.
