We announce the death of Richard Brent Armstrong of Nutley, New Jersey, who passed away on July 19, 2026, at the age of 65. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney Armstrong and June Armstrong (Houchin). He is survived by: his wife Susan Armstrong (Kiss); his children, Jennifer and Tyler; Margaret Fischer and Freddie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Beagle Freedom Project, Rich's favorite charity, which rescues and rehomes animals formerly used in experimental research, or to the American Heart Association in honor of his memory.
