It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Elmer DeRose (Nutley, New Jersey), who passed away on December 19, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Robert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo DeRose (Skippy) and Chancie DeRose; his brother Anthony; and his son Robert Michael (Jane). He is survived by: his wife Rosie DeRose (Charles); his daughter Dawn Marie (Lola); and his grandsons, Matthew Robert (Vanessa Solimar Galarza), Michael Christopher (Laurel Carmella Maus), Walter (Amanda) and Patrick (Anna).
