He is survived by: his son Steve; his wife Janet; his children, Patrick, Katie and Ann; his son-in-law Wade Schroeder; his grandsons, Mason and Nash; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Powell (Lisa), Dennis Carrigan and Vincent Ferragamo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Grace Episcopal Church in Nutley or Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Steve's memory.
