He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Starr; his daughter Donna; his sister Betty Pfeil (Frank); and his nephew Frank Pfeil. He is survived by: his children, William Frost, Patty Cooke (Bob) and Susan Crozier (Tom); his son-in-law Thomas Ryan; his grandchildren, Stacey, Tiffany, Brittany, Lindsay, Morgan, Elizabeth, Gabe, Alyssa, Billy, Dayton, Timothy and Kimberly; and his nieces and nephews, Ron Pfeil, Bob Pfeil, Nancy Reinhardt and Kathy Colligan. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Donations in William's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital would be greatly appreciated by his family.
