Guy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Guy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Guy will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion T. Bakera and Albert S. Bakera; and his uncle John "Kimo" Kielbowicz. He is survived by: his wife Janice Mikowski; his children, Brenna Bakera and Jake Bakera (Emily); and his pets, Ranger and Tiki.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stickle-Soltesz Funeral Home (187 La Rue Rd, Newfoundland, NJ 07435). A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:30 PM at the East Ridgelawn Cemetery (255 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07014).
