He is survived by: his daughter Sharon M. Van Dyke (Mark); his granddaughter Rachel Bates (David); his son Owen (Ryan Van Dyke); his siblings-in-law, Sandi Gibson (Joe), Theodore Coursen (Marge) and Charles Coursen (Trish); his niece Vanessa Coursen; his nephews, Jeffrey Day, William Gibson, III (Marleen), Robert Gibson (Erin), Theodore Coursen, III (Jackie), Stephen Coursen (Michelle) and Charles Coursen; and his pet Rosco.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stickle-Soltesz Funeral Home (187 La Rue Rd, Newfoundland, NJ 07435). A prayer was held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the North Hardyston Cemetery.
