We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2025, at the age of 80, Joseph P. Basarab of Oak Valley, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Jennifer Basarab and Julie Gauthier (Dwayne); his sister Maria Beers (Kevin); his grandchildren, Laurielle Connolly (Joe), Alayna Allen, Kyle Gauthier and Zach Gauthier; his great grandchildren, Michael and Celine Connolly; his sibling's children, Kimberly Castano (Ian) and Jason Beers (Ishani); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ivy and Dorian Castano; his pet Spike; and his parents, Joseph Basarab and Julia Basarab (Smeresky).
