He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Supko and Anna Supko (Gemeasky); his wife Marlene Supko (Bulanda); his daughter Judith Barrett; and his brother Kenneth Supko.
He is survived by: his children, Tom Supko (Christina) of Oakland and Linda Supko of Oakland; and his grandchildren, Amanda Barrett, Thomas Supko, Jr., Christopher Supko and Dawson Gottesman.
