He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Creitz and Joanne Creitz; and his brother Glenn. He is survived by: his wife Jacki; his children, Chris and Lyndsey; his granddaughter Skylar; and his siblings, Joanne Kirschner (late Daniel), Paul, David and Brian Creitz (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
