He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna M. Schuler and Lawrence J. Schuler; and his son-in-law Scott Armstrong. He is survived by: his children, Peg Schuler-Armstrong, Trish Menszak, Gerry, Jr. and Jamie Menszak; his grandchildren, Ensign and Todd Menszak; his former wife Mary Heade; and his brothers, Lawrence D. and Albert J. Schuler.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Etherington & Creran Funeral Homes - Oaklyn (400 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn, NJ 08107). Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Aloysius Church (37 W Haddon Ave, Oaklyn, NJ 08107). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (2398 Marlton Pike W, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002).
