It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin D. Lisa of Ocean City, New Jersey, who passed away on December 1, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Frances S. Lisa; his parents, Joseph Lisa and Angelina Lisa; and his siblings, Joseph Lisa, Jr., Robert Lisa and Joyce Iuliano.

He is survived by: his daughters, Toni-Jean Friedman (Kevin) and Chrissy Duman (Scott); his grandchildren, Matthew Duman, Megan Schroeder (Eric), Nathalie and Pyper Friedman; and his pets, Bert and Stella.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank's memory to the Special Olympics of New Jersey.

“Toni Jean and Chrissy and family, How lucky you are to have been blessed with such fun-loving, humorous and generous parents as Fran and Franklin!!!!!!!! The Thornes had so much fun and laughs at field hockey games at Shawnee and William and Mary, on Christmas Eves at the Lisa house till early morning hours and Mr Lisa always tried his best to make Karen's hair spirally curly as a sign of the times!!!!!! We are confident and thankful Fran and Frank are happily hand in hand once again!!!!!”
