He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P. Devine and Eva A. Devine; and his siblings, Colleen Maguire, James Devine, Hugh Devine and Robert Devine.
He is survived by: his children, JP, Kathleen (Steve Hoffman) and Shannon; his grandsons, Grady, Liam and Owen; and his siblings, Suzanne Marlin, Michael Devine, Kate Gavin and Liz Bolger.
He was also a member of Hotel Controllers (HFTP), NYC Chapter, Accounting & Consultants, LLC (CHAE), and the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation (MCLEF), where he served as past Assistant Controller.
