He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Loch Allen. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Allen (Stephen Smoller), Dale Allen and Cindy Stenstrom (Tom Stenstrom); and his grandchildren, Craig Stenstrom, Erik Stenstrom and Allyson Stenstrom.
