He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony and Marian; and his brother Billy. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Anthony, Michael and Jessica; his daughter-in-law Alexis; his siblings, Nancy (Charlie), Alan (Glenna), Gail (Mike), Cathy, Jim (Sandy) and Eileen; and his grandchildren, Lincoln and Jaxson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
