He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cerafice and Rose Cerafice. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Thomas Cerafice (Cecilia), Dina Snider (Pat) and Michael Cerafice (Chuok); his grandchildren, Anthony Cerafice (Ashley), Loren Cerafice, Stephen Snider (Lauren), Celeste Allen (Brandon), Hunter and Taylor Cerafice; his great grandchildren, Solomon and Cassius Cerafice; his brother Thomas Cerafice (Geraldine); his nieces and nephews, Gregory (Ruben), Darlene, Dawn (Joe), Dayna and Thomas, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Howard and Abbe O'Brien (Greg).

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
