He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maria Paterna Gianna; his children, Salvatore Gianna (Ilsebet Gianna), Sarina Gianna (David Dailey) and Josephine Estelle (James Estelle); his grandchildren, Angelina Gianna (Melissa Gianna), Salvatore Gianna (Ami Iuzzini) and Sabrina Estelle (Brett Ritota); and his great grandchild Charolette Gianna.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society or to Saint Martha Roman Catholic Church in Point Pleasant.
