It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dominic Acqué of Ocean, New Jersey, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Josephine Acqué; and his sister Marianne Scharrer. He is survived by: his wife Simone; his son Beau Bush (Colleen); his grandson Owen; his brother-in-law Bob Scharrer; his nephew Chris Scharrer (Shannon); his great-nephews, Simon and Ellis; his great-niece Audrey; his niece Pam Kacher (Fred); his great-nieces, Katherine and Jennifer; and his cousins, Rosara, Frank Jr., Amira, Valentina, Anthony, Jennifer, Isabella and Charles Passero.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Doctors Without Borders, the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, or the International Myeloma Foundation.
