She was predeceased by: her parents, George Johns and Verna Johns (Hutchko); and her sisters, Barbara Schoenleber (Johns) and Margaret Knight (Johns). She is survived by: her husband Robert Docimo; her son Scott Hopwood (Jennifer Hopwood) of California, Maryland; her stepson James Docimo (Kimberley Docimo) of Brick Township; her sister Georgeann Bell (William Bell) of New Jersey; her brother-in-law Bill Schoenleber of Florida; her grandchildren, Hunter Hopwood, Dominic Docimo (Marissa), Darian Docimo (Matt) and Mia Docimo; her nephews, Kristopher Schoenleber (Alisa), Sean Quinn (Jennifer) and Douglas Wilbert (Laura); and her niece Meghan Brewer (Brett).
One of Liz's proudest accomplishments was the continued distribution of school lunches to students during the extended pandemic closures between 2020-2021.
