She is survived by: her significant other Steve Pucciarelli; her mother Helen Perez; her siblings, Mark Perez (Celisa Perez), Catherine Perez (Richard Heyseck), Sara Perez, Dan Perez (Jennifer Reed Perez) and Thomas Perez; her nieces and nephews, Mia, Luis, Abigail and Oscar; and her pets, Alex, Goldie, Sasha, Joey and Kermit.
