He was predeceased by: his wife Dawn. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Boettke, Kyle Boettke (Lyndsay) and Dana Nemeth (Edward); his siblings, Peter Boettke (Rosemary) and Sue Adams (Randy); and his grandchildren, Blake, Cooper and Jace.
